It was exactly as described easy installation as it was a replacement unit. Good delivery information I would recommend this seller.

A square template!

Took me ages to find a replacement fan and light that fit the pre exisiting hole left by the at least, 15 year old unit. The new one has made me realise how crap the old one is was. The fan is 👌No more steamy mirrors and no more noisy than the old one.
