Poor quality product, I can't believe this passed quality control

First off, Best Buy lighting custom support has been excellent. They were responsive and made sure I got a replacement quickly for the initial faulty item.

The product from Mercator has been a complete disappointment. The first one I received did not respond to the remote control and the radar mode in the replacement did not work. Both the lights do not remember their settings and always turn on at full brightness at the end of the day when it gets dark. You have to walk out to use the remote to either turn off the lights or turn on the radar mode.

I got a hard wired replacement from Bunnings and got an electrician to install it, something I should've done to start with.
