really poor experience from day 1 from Best Buy Lighting and their preferred logistics supplier

It took 5 days from the order being paid for me to know that BBL had received my order that had been paid for. The items took 4 weeks to arrive in metro area of Perth, using Australia Post who are a very poor delivery service. There was no update from BBL or Aust Post for delays. I had to make inquiry myself, lodge complaints to get action. BBL deflected saying it is with Aust Post, even though Consumer Affairs in Perth state that BBL is still responsible for the items as they have been paid for and it is BBL's choice to use Aust post as their preferred logistic supplier. I will not use BBL lighting again as they were too quick to deflect to Aust Post, it is their product at the end of the day.

Lights faulty dim

Light on new house built by master ton
Worked fine for 6 months but now comes on very dim, not bright at all
