Great Lamp

Shade of the lamp is perfect. The base of the lamp is more of a charcoal then an obvious black which is slightly misleading in comparison to the photo listed. Size is also great, perfect for hallway entrance, buffet or bedside tables!

The best customer service!

I ordered two of these lamps and unfortunately one of the lamp bases were damaged in transit by the courier. I contacted Best Buy via email with a photo and they responded promptly within a couple of hours and sent out a replacement base no questions asked. It happened again the second time and again they apologised for the inconvenience and no questions asked on issuing a replacement base. Fantastic customer service, quick to respond and I will continue shopping here for future lamp purchases.

The lamps themselves are beautiful, made of good quality durable stone material and look modern and stylish as bedside lamps in my room. Highly recommend!
