Dispatch Time
We use various carriers to deliver the goods to you and each of these carriers has varying speeds of delivery times. Therefore, the time taken for the goods to reach you once they have left our warehouse will depend on the carrier and your location. The average time taken is from 3-10 business days.
In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of an estimated lead time.
Return Policy
You may return an item that you bought from us for any reason within 7 days of receiving the item. If you decide to return your item then we will issue you a store credit or a refund to the value of the purchase price less two delivery charges(to cover the outward and inbound delivery costs) . Some of our products can be offered with free delivery. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual delivery costs (both outbound and inbound) will be deducted from your refund. All returns or refunds will incur a 20% restocking fees.
The item must be returned in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to resell it. We can not accept returns on products that have been installed or products that are not returned in the exact condition in which they were sent out to you.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Sale/Clearance items or items that are imported especially for you.
In Store Pick Up
We try to keep as many as possible stock in our stores. We might need to transfer stock between our stores and warehouse. Some of model might need to be ordered from our local suppliers as well.
Please wait for our comfirmation before you come and pick up your order. We will try to get your order ready as soon as possible.
