I am writing in response to your request for information re. the abovementioned Ceiling fan purchased from you. Aprox. three days after installation the fan ceased to work. My Electrician advised upon inspection that power was getting to the controller but there was no output and that the controller and remote needed replacing. Brilliant were advised and after documents showing proof of purchase, electricians details, photos of the installed fan, invoice etc. were forwarded and advised on 18th December that approval for rectification had been granted the previous week. I have since asked for an update on progress but have heard nothing. I will attempt to contact them again today. The replacement of the controller and remote seems a simple issue and I believe should have been resolved earlier. I find it hard to give a mark of approval for this service.
