Oriel Highgate Up Traditional Outdoor Wall Light

I ordered 3 coach lights on line. These were delivered within 3 days however, one of the lights was missing its top cover. I sent an email to Best Buy Lighting explaining the situation. They then asked for a photo of the missing part. This was sent through and within two days I received the part via a courier. I cannot fault their service and communication.
