Mercator Emeline-II Large Round Exhaust Fan with LED Light

Incorrect advertising led me to purchasing just a light when I thought I was purchasing an exhaust fan and light. This is what I ordered (as advertised on the website) - "Mercator Affinity 300 DC Exhaust Fan Light Kit" - I received a light only. Then, I was told that the description was "Light Kit for Mercator Affinity Exhaust Fan" which is a lie. When I wished to return the item for a full refund, this is what I was told: -
"We do accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- A 20% restocking fee applies for returns.
- For exchanges, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.
- Some products are not eligible for return.

I then ordered a complete Exhaust fan and light kit but when it arrived, it was obvious by the packaging inside the box that it had already been opened and a part of the fan was broken.
I contacted Han yet again and he advised that they were sending another complete unit to me. This one arrived a week later in new condition.
I then had to return the first purchase (which was a light only) for a refund. I had to pay th $19.30 postage for its return, however, Han had charged me $23.30 postage when he sent it to me.
Best Buy Lighting refunded me only $52.20 from the total of $77.30 that I had paid them.
Due to the incompetance of Han and this organisation I am now out of pocket a total of $44.40.
I am very disappointed with this outcome and considering taking the matter further. I would not recommend purchasing from Best Buy Lighting as you too may not be satisified with the lack of business ethics that I have received.
