As I’m sure you’re aware, the COVID-19 situation is ever evolving and effecting everyday life. We hope that you are safe, healthy. Here at Best Buy Lighting we will continue to monitor and adhere to Australian Government & World Health Organisation advice as required, and we’re taking extra precautions to keep operating as normal.
Currently, our store remains open. Here is our update Trading Hours. Our entire team is fit and healthy. For the safety of our staff and customers, we politely request that if you feel unwell (fever, cough, sore throat, etc) or if you have recently returned from overseas, to give us a call, send us an email or start a live chat with our team via our website or Facebook/Instagram instead of coming in. As always, we’d be more than happy to help you out.
We’ve increased our regular disinfection strategy of our showrooms. Should you come in-store and want to look for a light, we ask that you sanitise your hands before you do. Please maintain social distance at least 1.5m between yourself and our staff.
Our online & warehouse teams continue to process orders and we endeavour to dispatch them as quickly as possible. We'll continue to work closely with our couriers to ensure safe delivery of your order. If stock or shipments from suppliers arrive slower than expected due to the current situation, we thank you for your patience.
Pick up from store option is no longer available from 27/03. All orders placed after 27/03 only can be shipped to our customers. Sorry about any inconvenience caused.
