We offer Flat Rate Shipping to NSW, ACT, VIC and most QLD areas. Flat Rate shipping from $7.90. Please estimate your shipping cost in your shopping cart based on the items and your postcode.

We also offer Free Shipping to NSW, VIC, ACT and QLD metro areas for orders over $500. Limited time offer.  Not including Air Movement products.

For WA, SA, NT and other area orders, please also estimate your shipping cost in your shopping cart based on the items and your postcode.

Shipping rates calculated at checkout, and we ship your orders via a number of world-class courier service, including

    We have tried to make its shipping and handling prices and policies as fair as possible, so you benefit from our competitive pricing, plus the convenience of delivery to your door.

    If stock or shipments from suppliers arrive slower than expected due to the current situation, we thank you for your patience.

     

    Handling & Dispatch Time

    We tried our best to keep as many stocks as possible. However, unfortunately, we are unable to keep all the models from all our suppliers in Australia. Basically, none of the retailers in Australia can do so. Some of the items might need to transit from suppliers' warehouse before they can be dispatched to customers.

    If items are out of stock Australia-wide and we are unable to dispatch the order within few days, we will contact customer, provide the ETA of next shipment, and let customer decide what to do next. If item is out of stock and customer decides not to wait, we will issue refund immediately without ask any question.

    We will contact customer if we can't fulfil the order, normally within half an hour of the order being placed during business hours. We will try our best to notify customer as soon as possible.

    We use various carriers to deliver the goods to you, and each of these carriers has varying delivery times. Therefore, the time taken for the goods to reach you once they have left our warehouse will depend on the carrier and your location. The average time taken is 3 to 10 business days.

    In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of an estimated lead time.
