If stock or shipments from suppliers arrive slower than expected due to the current COVID-19 situation, we thank you for your patience.
Handling & Dispatch Time
We tried our best to keep as more stocks as possible. However, unfortunately, we are unable to keep all the models for all suppliers in Australia. Basically, none of the retailers in Australia can do this. Some of the items might need to transit from suppliers' warehouse before we can dispatch to customers.
If items are out of stock Australia wide and we are unable to dispatch the order within few days, we will contact customer and provide the ETA of next shipment time and let customer decide what to do next. If item out of stock and customer decided not to wait, we will issue refund immediately without ask any question.
We will contact customer if we can't fulfil the order, normally within half hours of the order been placed, during business hours. We will try our best to notice customer as soon as possible.
We use various carriers to deliver the goods to you and each of these carriers has varying speeds of delivery times. Therefore, the time taken for the goods to reach you once they have left our warehouse will depend on the carrier and your location. The average time taken is from 3-10 business days.
In the unlikely event your order is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of an estimated lead time.
