Return and Exchange Policy

You may return an item that you bought from us for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item. Unless the product is faulty or damaged, all returns or refunds will incur a 20% restocking fees. All claims must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

We are expecting exchange within 30 days of receiving the item as well. All exchange items will incur 10% restocking fees and customer will respond all freight changes with exchange procedure.

The item must be returned in its original condition so that we can endeavour to resell it. We can not accept returns on products that have been installed or products that are not returned to the exact condition in which they were sent out to you.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on Sale/Clearance items or items that are imported especially for you.

Shipping fee is non-refundable if order already been sent to customer.

Please email our friendly customer support team on sales@bestbuylighting.com.au to obtain the RA (Ruturn Austhorise) number before you return your item(s). All return without RA numbers will not be refunded. We reserve all rights about return and refund.
